NDIS participants can access our services under:

Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living

NDIS Line Item: 15_621_0128_1_3 – Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy or Training – Social Worker

Rate: $193.99 per hour


Accessing support through your NDIS plan:

  1. Ensure your NDIS plan includes Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living funding

  2. Choose us as your provider (plan-managed or self-managed)

  3. Complete a service agreement

  4. Invoices are sent directly to your plan manager, or to you if self-managed
